The car was sourced from the dry climate of Arizona US, meaning no rust and a perfect foundation on to base a complete renovation. The car came to Sweden in 2015 and was fully functional and in good condition. However, it was sun faded due to storage outdoors. Once in Sweden, the car ended up in Luleå, where the previous owner carried out a complete nut and bolt restoration.
The car is painted in its original color, Chrome Blue. Back then, a rare but sought-after color for these models.
The engine has been tuned up slightly and now turns out somewhere around 75 healthy horsepower after a complete overhaul.

The car is in exceptionally nice condition, the renovation was carried out between the years 2013-2015 and previous owners tried to keep as much of the original parts which contributes to the car feeling a little extra special.
The car had approx. 90,000 miles (14,400 km) on the odometer before the renovation, the original engine was replaced according to the previous owner sometime in the 80s and is therefore not matching numbers.
According to the seller, the overall condition of the car makes it fit for exhibitions and car shows. The bodywork and paint are to the highest standard and the interior boasts leather from the well-known Elmo and specially ordered fabric from Germany.
Original rims come with associated Empi rims with USA bumpers.

Service History
The engine is now 1,500 cc and therefore not the original item from the factory. The current motor has production number 5552110, which means that it was built between the years 68-69. Everything on the motor is refurbished with new crankshafts, bearings, pistons, cylinders, and valves. The clutch was replaced with a new one. The carburetors and heads are refurbished.
