Basic information and History
The Mercedes-Benz 250C is a classic car that was produced from 1968 to 1972. It is part of the W114 model series, which was the predecessor of the popular E-Class series. The 250C is a two-door coupe version of the W114 series and has an elegant design with advanced technology for its time.

The engine is 2.5L and delivers approx. 130 hp and the gear shifts are made through the 4-speed manual box.

The 250C was produced in relatively limited numbers compared to other Mercedes-Benz models of its time.

This is a Swedish-sold car that has driven most of its life on Gotland. (1984 to 2021)
The car has only had 4 owners since it was put into use in the 70s.

The car has been used very sparingly and has only driven 26,500 km since 1986.

Equipment and Options
This model is additionally equipped with a towbar and sunroof. It came with a leather interior for the seats when the current owner bought the car fitted. Previously there was a brown fabric interior which is still available if desired.
In terms of safety, the original 3-point belts are fitted. Associated spare wheel is available.

Condition
Mechanically: The seller states that the car runs very well in terms of engine and gearbox. Mechanically, an engine renovation was done in 1986 where documentation is available. The carburetors were reviewed in 2018.
During the last inspection, the left lower support arm was some play in, which should be replaced. The car is exempt from inspection in Sweden.

Odometer reading 26,883 km which the seller cannot guarantee. According to previous information, the meter reading has been reset to zero at about 225,000 km.


Exterior: During the early 80s, a renovation was carried out on the body. Documentation is available on the renovation.
Over the years, the spray paint has risen in places but mainly on the sides of the car and on doors.
Noticed there is a dent on the right front door sill. The seller refers to the image material.

Interior: The seller has installed the brown leather upholstery that came with the car when it was purchased. It is noted that the leather has cracked on the side of the driver's seat.
