Basic information and history
The Volkswagen Lupo GTI was built between 2000 and 2005 and was different from the regular Lupo. It has, among other things, both screens, hood and doors in aluminium, disc brakes all around, upgraded dampers and springs. The recipe is finished with those amazingly cute twin pipes mounted in the center of the rear bumper. Well-known Hagertys have called the car a future collector's car, which we can only agree with. It has also been compared to the original Volkswagen Golf GTI.
This Swedish-sold wagon is equipped with a 1.6-liter gasoline engine of approx. 125hp/150nm coupled to a 5-speed manual box and with a dry weight of under 1000kg is a good recipe for a GTI wagon. 0-100 takes approx. 8 seconds and the top speed a bit over 200km/h. The car has only had 4 previous owners and covered just under 110,000 km. A definitive collector's car, which is not only fun to drive, but also takes up very little space in the garage! Worth noting is that it is 1 of only 10 GTIs sold in Sweden.

Condition
The car is described as being in good condition with no damage to the bodywork or any rust. There are small stone chips on the front as well as the hood and rear-view mirrors. One rear-view mirror has a paint job that is visible. On the tailgate there is a scratch of about a centimetre in the paint right by the WV emblem. The spoiler has a little scraped paint on the outer edge. Glass parts are in good condition. Mouldings and emblems are without remarks.
The interior of the car is perceived as nice. The chairs have held up well over the years and are in good condition with no damage. Inner roof is black and nice and sits where it should. The steering wheel and gear lever knob have also held up well over the years. A Blaupunkt unit is installed instead of the original stereo. Inner door handle has scratches on the surface.
The engine and gearbox are described as being unremarkable. No leaks have been noted. The car has been updated with a set of coilovers from KW. This was installed this year. The original rims have the usual wear and tear and the tires come with approx. 6 mm remaining pattern depth.

Hej Pjotr!Bilen är inte besiktad pga av mig!Den står uppställd i ett garage med ett antal klassiska bilar på Lidingö!Jag har kört max 20 mil med bilen på 1 år!Ny framruta och nytt batteri under 2023.Är osäker men tror inte den har haft några anmärkningar under åren i huvudtaget!All dokumentation finns sparad så det kan kollas upp!Lupon är en riktigt tuff och sällsynt bild som skall användas och jag har för många bilar just nu därav till salu!Mvh Roger

Jag ägde bilen mellan 2003-2013 redan när jag köpte den av Müllers i Luleå, gått 1200 mil då, var det typ 5 tidigare ägare på pappret men 1 riktig brukare, den hade flyttats mellan firmor :)
Hej, Har lite frågor kring service historik. Då jag tycker att det är snålt skrivet. Finns det en komplett bok? Hur e den servad sedan ny? Om inte bok finns finns alla kvitton? Är den servad på verkstad sedan ny eller finns det service som är utförda av en själv? När byttes kamremen sist? Har den varit omlcakad?
Tack för info gällande ägar historik!Vad det gäller service bok så är den komplett och alla papper finns på vad som är gjort under åren!Kamrems byte är vid 12000 mil enligt VW Sverige.Den är dock bytt vid 4000 mil då det fanns ett missljud i sträckaren och åtgärdades på garantin.Bilen är inte omlackad.
Oki, tack för info. Då vet jag gällande kamremen. Det är 8års intervall på dessa. Om den bytes på garanti måste det skett tidigt. Dvs när bilen va relativt ny. Då får man räkna med kamremsbyte.
