What happens if the lot doesn't match the description given in the auction listing?

Bidders Highway facilitates auctions on our platform, but it is up to the bidder to form as good an opinion of the item as possible before placing a binding bid. It is further up to the seller to state and certify that the information in the listing is correct and that nothing of a material nature has been omitted.

If the item upon inspection after the purchase is significantly different from the description, the item is to be considered defective under sections 17 & 18 of the Swedish Sales Act.
