Mehr erfahrenDo you sell all types of vehicles?
Bidders Highway focuses solely on enthusiast and collector vehicles, and that is of course a broad term. The best thing to do is to contact us so we can have a dialogue to see if your vehicle fits our target group.
Mehr erfahrenHow do I know what my car is worth?
It is of course good if you have an idea of what you want to pay for your car. But valuation and pricing are always done in dialogue with us. We have experienced experts who can assess the value of your car depending on condition and model. Based on this, we can agree on a reasonable reservation price if you want it.

Mehr erfahrenCan I have a reserve price on my auction?
Yes, you may set a reserve price on your auction. If the bidding ends at a price lower than the reserve price, the car will not be sold. We are happy to help estimate an approximate price for the car if it's interesting to us, but remember that the market is always in control: The final price of your lot will be determined by what others are willing to pay for it.
Mehr erfahrenDo I have to offer viewings of the car during the auction?
No, your vehicle can stay in a garage or on your driveway while the auction is going on. The pictures and text are so detailed and complete in and of themselves. However, it may be a good idea to offer potential bidders a viewing of the car at a time that suits you if someone shows interest, but this is entirely up to you as the seller.
Mehr erfahrenDo I get to approve my auction listing before the auction goes live?

Mehr erfahrenWhen will I receive the purchase price if my car is sold at auction?

Once your vehicle has reached the desired reserve price and the auction is closed, Bidders Highway will first contact the buyer to charge the fee. Once this has been paid, we will make a digital introduction between buyer and seller to complete the payment and agree on the handover of the vehicle.
Mehr erfahrenHow is my vehicle documented and photographed?
Detailed and well-crafted photo documentation is incredibly important for a bidder to be able to bid on your car with confidence. Each auction should have an average of 100 or more photos where the entire object is thoroughly documented and all possible defects are visible.
Mehr erfahrenWhat information do I need to provide about the car?
The more information you can provide us with, the better. Basic documentation such as ownership details and registration certificate is mandatory, but if you can supplement it with receipts, service history, previous owners, etc. it is a big plus that makes your car much more attractive to potential bidders.

We will not approve derogatory or negative comments about the auctions that are irrelevant or unfounded. If you believe that a posted comment violates our commenting guidelines, please contact support@biddershighway.com and we will review the matter as soon as possible.
