Model information

Mercedes-Benz 230 GE Cab manufactured in 1985, a very unusual and unique Geländewagen Cabriolet in a basically completely renovated condition, and has only been driven about 65000 kilometers. The car was imported to Sweden in 2000 and has only had 6 owners since then.

Exterior

The car received a complete paint job in 2021. Striping according to the original version by Wrapzone. All body parts except the doors and the center door posts are new original parts from Mercedes. 15 inch original steel rims. Much is new, which includes: new rear door, new wheelhouse, new grill, new lights all around, new emblems, new tires, new windshield, new front and rear bumpers including splash guards, new rubber strips, polished and painted rims, and a new frame (original part from Mercedes-Benz) welded from the b-posts and back and new floorboards in front of the b-posts (these original parts are also from Mercedes Benz). There is also a spare tire, but a different type.

Interior

Gray and black checkered fabric upholstery. Newly upholstered seats both front and rear as well as the insides of the front doors. The instrument panel and instruments are in good condition. The upholstery for the inside of the rear fenders are original as they could not be found new and are therefore slightly worn, the same applies to the floor mats.

Engine and gearbox

The engine is completely overhauled. The timing belt was replaced in 2019. New exhaust system and a new fuel tank. The 125 hp petrol engine runs like clockwork. Manual gearbox.
