Domestically sold Volvo PV 444 from 1947 with only 2 users in the register. The car was owned and cared for by the current owner's brother, who is unfortunately now deceased. The car was registered on 1947-01-01 and has production number 4990. The car has previously been rust-treated, repainted and tectyl treated. In its usable condition, this Swedish classic is now looking for a new enthusiastic owner who wants to nurture and take care of it!

Equipped with 1.4-liter straight four of approx. 40hp connected to a three-speed manual box and rear-wheel drive.
Condition
The car has been rust repaired, repainted and tectyl treated. Paint is bumpy in places and has various wear around the car. Rubber parts are dry in places. Glass panes in good condition. Lantern glass as well. The white wall type tires have approx. 7mm pattern depth.
Interior in usable condition. Fabric under seat cover is worn. Instrument panel complete and without damage. Steering wheel, buttons and controls in usable condition. Door panels with surface wear. Interior roof has been replaced and is in good condition. All electronics in the passenger compartment work as they should.
Engine is renovated with, among other things, drilling, replacement of pistons, piston rings and bearings. Gearbox and drivetrain in good condition without noise. Brakes have recently been reviewed by the workshop. Mechanically, everything works as intended.
Service history
The car received a workshop visit on 2023-08-29 where the brakes were reviewed and adjusted and the spark plugs were also changed. Last inspection was carried out on 25/08/2005.
