Condition
The general condition of the body is described by the current owner as exemplary. The owner has had the car for 18 years and driven just under 10,000 km in the last 10 years. The only modification made are spacers of 10mm all around, for a slightly wider look. The body is free of dents, worse scratches and rust. The paintwork is described as being in fine condition, and as previously mentioned, polished by professionals this year. There is a scratch under one taillight. Even the windshield, as previously mentioned, is new and has been there for just under 500 km. Moldings and lampshades are unremarkable. Rims in good condition and new tires fitted in 2023. Cab top in good condition.
The interior is also in good condition. The chairs are in good condition and have survived damage and tears in the material and have only received minor surface wear over the years. Instrument panel, steering wheel, buttons and controls are in good condition. Door panels and door sills as well. The electric cab obviously works without any problems, just like the other functions in the cabin.
The engine was inspected in 2018 by Porsche Center Malmö. On this occasion the clutch was also changed. The drivetrain and gearbox are described as flawless without any remarks. The brakes are in good condition and the front pads and discs were replaced in 2024. Mechanically, everything works as it should.
Service history
As mentioned above, the engine was inspected in 2018 by Porsche Center Malmö. There are some receipts left from previous service performed. The last inspection took place in October 2023. All inspection reports since 2006 are included with the car and all inspections have been without any remarks whatsoever!
Summary
Very well maintained copy that has been well taken care of, has a lot of nice documentation and few owners over the years. Perfect for those looking for a nice Boxster of the first generation!
