Basic information and history

Porsche 911 Carrera TipTronic from 1999 with approx. 108615km on the odometer. The car was imported from Japan and stopped over in Estonia for an engine change in 2018. The engine change is well documented and there are of course papers on the work carried out. Current engine has run approx. 29000km. On Swedish soil, the car has had two owners. The car is described as being in a good condition and the engine and the mechanics received extra praise when the car was inside Rennsport.

Equipped with a 3.4-liter boxer six of approx. 300hp/350nm connected to a 5-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive. 0-100km/h is achieved in approx. 6 seconds and top speed is stated at 280km/h.

Equipment and options

Equipped with, among other things, electric chairs, electric lifts, retrofitted infotainment with Bluetooth, GPS, radio and more and xenon lights. Otherwise, 19" rims and tinted windows. The options list includes the following:

Condition

The general condition of the body is described by the owner as very good. The car is free of dents, worse scratches and door dents. The car is of course also free from rust. The car has also had the undercarriage treated. The body comes with usual wear and tear, but nothing bad. Wear and tear includes normal amount of stone chippings in the front and on the hood, minor scratches in a few places and a small clear coat chip at the brake light. The rear bumper has been repainted. Glass panes are described as being in good condition. Moldings, lamp lenses and emblems are described as being in good condition. The rims are in good condition but have some minor marks. Size measures 225/35ZR19 front and 265/30ZR19 rear respectively. Pattern depth is measured to approx. 5mm all around.

The general condition of the interior is described as fine. The seats are in good condition with minor wear from the years, but free of damage to the material. Steering wheel, buttons and controls in good condition. Door sides in good condition. Instrument panel in good condition. Inner ceiling as well.

Engine is described as being in top condition. Since the engine change, it has run approx. 29000km. The gearbox and driveline are described as being in very good condition and without any noise. Brakes are in good condition. Mechanically, everything works as it should.

Service history

Last service performed 2021-04-20 at Rennsport Gothenburg. The car has driven approx. 11900km since service was performed. Everything that has been done on the car since import in 2018 is documented. Last inspection was carried out on 2023-06-26.

Summary

A nice 996 that fits perfectly during summer months. Works fine in the big city as you don't have to sit and work with the clutch on a manual gearbox.
