Information and History

A sold new in Sweden Mustang Cobra moped in excellent renovated condition, with a beautiful and stylish color combination. A real gem for collectors and enthusiasts!

Condition

The moped is in very good condition, it has been renovated and repainted, but not in the original color. There are no major dents or scratches, and no rust. However, there is some paint damage on the frame behind the saddle.

The chrome on the shock absorbers has some rust, and there is a small rust spot on the headlamp rim, but the rims are undamaged. The tires are in good condition and the rims are excellent with really good chrome. New handles and mirrors have been installed.

The kill switch on the light switch is not connected and does not work. The engine is in very good condition, quiet and smooth with no strange noises. The gearbox also works very well, shifting smoothly and quietly. It may be possible to adjust the gearing as it doesn't quite rev out in second gear, but this hasn't been an issue as it performs excellently in third gear, accelerating effortlessly.

The speedometer is not connected but should work, and the drive connection to the engine seems intact. The current owner has not tested it with a cable, so the functionality cannot be confirmed.

The brakes are in very good condition and should have been replaced by the previous owner.

Service History

Service has been carried out continuously.

Summary

The current owner bought the moped for its unique, stunning candy red color, which truly shines in the sunlight. It is an incredibly beautiful shade! Almost everything on the moped is either new or carefully restored. The latest upgrades included new grips, mirrors, a fresh exhaust pipe, and a new muffler, giving the moped both a sleek appearance and a fantastic sound.
