Condition
The car comes in a fine condition and the renovation that took place in the 90s still holds up today. The body is free of dents and worse scratches. The two-tone lacquer has a nice luster and there are only minor remarks in places. Among other things, some small stone chips in the front, signs of repair inside the left headlight, some marks and lifting in the paint around the wheel arch, a small paint chip in the frame under the driver's door and small cracks in the paint just above the rear passenger window. Despite these remarks, the car gives a very nice overall impression! Chrome is in good condition with only surface wear in the chrome on the rear housings. Glass panes in generally good condition. The rims are in good condition and the tires are newly fitted.
Interior is in good condition for the age of the car. Seat surfaces are free of wear and damage. Waist belts are installed. The roof is in place with only minor holes in it. Door panels are in good condition. Steering wheel, buttons and controls in good condition. Instrument panel as well. All electronics and functions work as they should in the passenger compartment.
The engine is described as being in very good condition. Transmission and drive train work well with no noise or problems. Brakes and master brake cylinder were renovated in 2022. Mechanically, everything works as intended.
Service history
Oil and filter were changed in the spring of 2024. The latest and last inspection took place in 2021.
Summary
Nice and well-preserved copy from the happy 50s! Perfect for those looking for a cruiser with plenty of space.
