Basic information and History
1988, Lincoln Town Car
A unique opportunity to acquire a low mileage Town Car in good condition. The car was bought from a former sheikh who had a large car collection down in Marbella. After his passing, the entire collection was sold off and this car was one of the cars that the Sheikh used as his daily driver. The car was bought in the spring of 2022 by the seller who has prepared the car mechanically as it had been standing still for many years. Since the car has been used for 99% of its time in southern Spain, it has survived rust well. Under the hood sits a 5.0L EFI Ford V8.
Equipment
The exterior of the car is painted in solid black with a red stripe and black vinyl roof. Turbine designed wheels that are in good condition. A funny detail is that the analog temperature gauge is mounted on the driver's outside mirror. Stepping into the spacious sedan, you'll find comforts like Black leather-trimmed seats that are electrically adjustable. The instrument cluster is partly digital which reads temperature, fuel and speed. Ability to convert mph to kph at the touch of a button. Large steering wheel with cruise control function. The sunroof is sealed because it had a leaked. The paintwork is in good condition for its age but needs a proper polish, there are scratches, etc. but straight and nice in the body. Inside, the car is in good conditio. There is a small leak from the front left which the seller has noted after it has been stationary for a while.

The right front fender was dented after a parking damage and caught the passenger door, so the seller had the front fender realigned and both parts repainted. The the gas damper for the engine hood are new but ordered incorrectly so they can't hold up the massive hood. The inside of the driver's door is a little loose and needs new clips.
