Basic information and history
USA-imported Chevrolet 3100/3200 NAPCO Powr-Pak 4x4 from 1956. NAPCO (Northwestern Auto Parts Company) is an American company that manufactured 4-wheel drive for American car manufacturers. After World War II, the company focused on making conversion kits for rear-wheel drive pickups. This specimen was repainted for approx. 4 years ago and is today in a very nice condition. Since the import in 2009, the car has had three owners. The car has been equipped with a front towbar, brake and steering servo, tilt steering column and reversing camera. The pedals have also been rebuilt into hanging pedals and the tank moved.

Equipped with 5.7-liter V8 with aluminum intake and headers installed. Shifts are handled by a 4-speed TH700 automatic with engageable low gear.
Condition
The general condition of the bodywork is described as excellent. The body is free of dents, worse scratches, rust, and other annoyances. The car has received a new windshield as well as side windows and new grid strips. Some parts have also received new chrome and new rubber strips have been installed. New paint was applied for approx. 4 years ago. There are various scratches on the right rear screen, but they should be polishable. The rims are in very good condition and the tread depth on the tires measures 10mm.
The interior is described by the owner as being in a fine condition. Material on the sofa is fine but with slight damage on the left side of the seat. Door panels and steps in very good condition. The dashboard is undamaged. The interior has been updated with a stereo screen and speakers in the doors as well as a tachometer. Steering wheel, buttons and controls in good condition.
Engine described by owner to be in good condition. Box and driveline as well, but the lockup doesn't work.
Service history
Last service was performed in 2023 when the truck received new oil and filter. The latest and last inspection took place in 2017.

Really impressive 50s truck that have received various upgrades. A perfect example for those who want something that stands out, especially among 50s pickups, as most are built with a more "custom look".
