Basic Information and History

BMW 525i M-Technic in excellent original condition. The car was imported from Germany to Sweden in 2000 by a private owner from Värmland and was sold to a new owner in Oskarshamn later that same year. Since 2006, the car has been parked in a garage until the current owner purchased it in 2020, becoming the third owner.

The 525i M-Technic is a unique model due to BMW's M-Technic package, which includes sporty details both inside and out. Condition

The body condition is rated as good, with some small scratches and minor dents on the front and rear bumpers and a small door ding (see photos). Rust is present, as shown in the photos, especially on the inside of the left rear door under the sealant strip and, to a lesser extent, on the left front door. Stone chips are visible on the front spoiler and hood. There are scratches from window scraping and normal wear on the windshield. The trim, light lenses, and chrome are reported to be in good condition by the seller. The rims are undamaged, and the tires have adequate tread depth. The interior is generally in very good condition, although the headliner is slightly sagging. There are some minor damages on the seats, but the overall impression is very good – see photos for details. The driver's door seal shows wear (see photo). Normal wear is visible on the steering wheel and gear knob. Engine, transmission, and drivetrain are in good condition. Brake discs, pads, and parking brake shoes were recently replaced and have been used for about 20 km. The brake calipers have been refurbished.

Service History

The engine oil and oil filter were recently changed, as well as the thermostat and intake boot, all during 2024. There is no documented service history, but the car's condition suggests that it has been well-maintained over the years. The latest approved inspection was carried out on 2024-10-18.
