1988 Mercedes 560 SEC

Otto

Basic Information and History

The 1988 Mercedes-Benz 560 SEC is an iconic luxury coupe that exudes both elegance and technical brilliance from the 1980s. This model is part of the celebrated W126 series, a generation of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class that is still regarded as one of the brand’s most timeless and revered designs.

The car offers a harmonious blend of luxury, comfort, and performance. Its powerful V8 engine delivers a deep, resonant sound and impressive power, while the smooth suspension and precise steering make it ideal for both long-distance cruising and more spirited driving.

This particular example was imported from Germany to Sweden in 2005 and has had three owners in the country. The previous owner, an estate, owned the car for many years. Last year, the car underwent a full repaint, enhancing its visual appeal and preserving its classic lines.

The 560 SEC is not just a car – it is a timeless symbol of German engineering and luxury. It stands as a collectible for enthusiasts and a driving machine that remains relevant even today.
