Condition
The general condition of the body is described by its owner as very good. There are no dents, worse scratches or door knocks. The owner says that the following was carried out during the renovation: The car is newly painted in the original colour. Regarding the chassis, it has been completely overhauled and rust-proofed with, among other things, replacement parts. All screens internally blasted, primed and treated to protect against rust. New rubber strips, front and rear hood, taillights, blinkers, license plate, bumper and more. New keder moldings for screens. New rubber strips and chrome strips for rear side windows, rear window and front windshield. New front windshield. New rubber covered sills fitted, new headlight inserts, New steering spindles on both sides. New front and rear bumpers. New control wires for heating. New hot air hoses. New steering knuckle shaft with gaiters replaced. The rims are free of damage and the tires with approx. 6mm pattern depth left.
The interior has been redone with new material on the seats. New roof installed. New upholstery on the back and door sides. Doors have been treated internally to protect against rust. The dashboard has a small crack in it. Steering wheel, buttons and controls are fine with no noticeable wear. All electronics in the car work as they should.
Engine has been taken down and gone through and received a large amount of new parts. The owner informs: Totally disassembled and cleaned in oil ducts and reducer valves. Crankshaft and camshaft in very good condition. New frame, crank and camshaft bearings fitted. Cylinder wear measured to 0.25mm, maximum wear limit 0.8mm. In good condition. New piston rings have been fitted. Cylinder and cylinder head ground in. Valve seats milled and valves machine ground and paste ground in. Valve guides are in good condition. New lubricating oil pump fitted and new packing boxes on crankshaft. Also new valve covers on both sides. All gaskets, seals and o-rings replaced. New oil strainer in the trough. New capacitor, switch tips, rotor, distributor cap, ignition coil, spark plugs and ignition cables. Also new starter motor. Cleaned and checked generator. New tread bearing and new bearing in the flywheel. Slat and pressure plate in good condition, therefore not replaced. Carburetor disassembled, cleaned and checked. New heating hoses fitted as well as two new engine mounts and a new mount for the front gearbox. Gearbox has had oil changed, drive hubs cleaned and lubricated with new grease. Regarding the brakes, the front brake calipers are new and pads and new brake hoses installed. At the back, there are new brake shoes, new brake cylinders, new axle seals and new brake hoses replaced. New master brake cylinder fitted. New brake pipe longitudinal to rear brake.
