1983 Porsche 928 S
Porsche's iconic 928 model that was supposed to replace the 911 models, the 928 was Porsche's first model that was developed entirely on its own. They chose to place the engine at the front and move the gearbox to the rear to achieve as even weight distribution as possible. This meant a well balanced car and with its V8 under the hood it had really good performance for its time. The body was made of galvanized steel and to reduce the weight more superficially, the hood, front and side wings were made of aluminium. S models got wider wheels, a more aerodynamic front and a rear wing. The biggest difference was under the hood, where there was now a 4.7L engine with 300 hp.
The Porsche 928 was an extremely expensive car for its time and became for most only a dream car. That's why the current owner bought the car to make his dream come true.
This car was registered in Sweden 1987-10-07 and is now being sold as a project car. See description below under condition.
