1994 Porsche 928 GTS
Porsche's iconic 928 model, intended to replace the 911 model, was the first Porsche model to be developed entirely on its own. They chose to place the engine at the front and move the gearbox to the rear to achieve as even a distribution of weight as possible. This meant a well balanced car and with its V8 under the hood it had a really good performance for its time. The body was made of galvanized steel and to further reduce the weight, the hood, front and side wings were made of aluminium. The GTS model was top-of-the-line in the model series and got everything and then some, including a larger V8 engine of 5.4L and 350hp, wider wheels, a more aerodynamic front and rear wing, bigger brakes and a lot of equipment.
The Porsche 928 was an extremely expensive car for its time and became for most only a dream car and after many years the market value has now turned around and is rising more and more every day!
This is a German sold example with low miles and very good and well documented history with only 4 owners! It came to Sweden back in 2003 from Munich where it was bought by a doctor who was the only owner there. Nice specimens like this really don't grow on trees, especially with slightly different and really fun specs like this.

Condition
Exterior: The car is in a fantastic and well-kept condition throughout. There are no remarks on the exterior apart from a minor scratch on the right front fender and some occasional minor stone chips. The original paintwork is very well cared for and detailed and the only remark noted is a repainted rear bumper after a minor bump. The original wheels are also in top condition with no remarks. Please see our detailed pictures for more info and feel free to ask questions in the comment field!
Interior: The green leather interior is in very good condition and well cared for. The car is currently adapted for the disabled but can be removed with very simple means without affecting the interior and can be driven just as easily for a non-handicapped individual. There are traces of use and some age/patina, but can be considered to be in top condition, including the interior, with no damage/tears in the upholstery and only a few traces of use. There is an aftermarket stereo in the car and the original mounted telephone is included. Please see our detailed pictures for more info and feel free to ask questions in the comment field!
Mechanically: The seller says that the car is mechanically in very good condition and the engine/transmission runs fantastically well. There are no known mechanical faults or leaks and the upgraded suspension kit from Bilstein gives the car really good road holding without being too bumpy. Please see our detailed pictures for more info and feel free to ask questions in the comment field!
Service history
During the car's lifetime, it has been well serviced by the few owners it has had and the original service book and instruction manuals remain. In recent years, the car has been serviced by the owner himself and the last service at the workshop was 4 years ago, but the car has been driven extremely sparingly since then and there is a lot of documentation, previous service reports and inspection reports. Please see all the photos on the documentation in the album!
Summary
Porsche's 928 models have seen quite a boost lately in the classic car market. Companies that have begun to modernize 928s where they keep the classic design with modern technology means that the popularity of these models only increases. Here is the chance to bid on a car in very good condition with a really nice history and also very low miles for the model.
