1986 Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2
Basic information and history
The Porsche 911, perhaps the world's most famous and sought-after sports car? Not only for its performance, but also for its broad usability and timeless design. The first 911 was presented at the IAA in September 1963, then under the name 901. Production started a year later, but under the name 911. The model name 901 was changed to 911 when the company got into a name dispute with Peugeot. The 911 is still in production today and is in its 8th generation. By May 2017, one million 911s had been built.
This Swedish-sold Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera from 1986 has travelled 140.950 km and only had 2 users since 2002. The car comes with a 3.2-liter boxer six of approx. 230hp/285nm connected to a 5-speed manual box. 0-100 sprint takes approx. 6 seconds and top speed is somewhere over 240km/h. The current owner is employed by Porsche and the example is well maintained. The car has been continuously renovated since 2016 and received many new parts, including headlight glass, moldings, rubber parts, renovated rims and more. ColorGlo has spruced up the Champagne coloured interior. In 2017, the car was also dismantled and received new Prissian blue paint. This is an excellent opportunity to take over a fine 911G that has been cared for by a knowledgeable owner.
