2004 Ferrari 575M Maranello F1

At launch, the Ferrari 575M was undoubtedly one of Ferrari's absolute flagships on showroom floors. The Ferrari 575M is still today and will continue to be a fantastic GT car (Grand Tourer) year after year. For a sports car to be considered a grand tourer, it must meet some essential requirements. 

It should be rear-wheel drive, have a powerful engine, a comfortable interior and comfort good enough for long journeys. If you combine the grand tourer recipe with the Ferrari 575M´'s elegant lines, V12 engine mounted under a long and slim hood, the result is a real hit. A timeless classic ready for this summer's road trips on the continent. With over 100l in the fuel tank and a top speed of 325 km / h, you do not need to be ashamed in the right lane on the Autobahn either. 

The Ferrari 575 M was launched in 2002 and was basically an updated version of the 550 Maranello. The updates for the 575M were an extended cylinder volume of 5.7L instead of 5.5L. The power was increased from 485 hp to 517 hp. In addition to the engine, the 575M got an updated interior, larger brakes, better weight distribution and better aerodynamics. This was the first time an F1-inspired gearbox was offered in a Ferrari with a V12 engine. The gearbox was built by Graziano Trasmissioni and changes gears in 200 milliseconds. The adaptive suspension is synchronized with the gearbox to minimize pitch when shifting.

A total of 2,056 cars were produced.

This example was manufactured in 2003 and gout registered for the road for the first time 1 / 3-04 in German, sold new by the well-known German Ferrari dealer Tamsen. Finding its way to Sweden it was imported by the well-established company Von Braun in 2007. The car has a fully documented service history. In 2021, Autoropa (in Arlöv) did a large service incl. belts etc. 

Full MOTInspection in August left nothing to report. It has now traveled 35.617 KM and has been in current owners care since April 2014. The car is painted in the classic Ferrari color Rosso Corsa with a full black leather interior.

The car has complete documentation and stamps that prove history and maintenance. The Ferrari toolbox with all accessories such as tools and fuses are still intact. The seats are in good condition as well as other furnishings in the car. Black alcantara-clad ceiling for that extra feeling of luxury. The car can be driven in both automatic mode or in manual mode. Sport button that stiffens the suspension during a more progressive drive.

The car gives a good overall impression with some stone chips in the front. (See pictures). 
It has been used sparingly during the summer months in Sweden. Always stored indoors.
