1982 Ferrari 308 GTSI

Ferrari 308 GTSI from 1982 imported from the UK back in 2018. The car is in very good condition and, according to the odometer, has travelled 84,000 km. Meter setting can be guaranteed. The car was sold new in Texas and came to the UK in 2015. The current owner bought the car in 2017. It has had a total of between 3 to 5 owners over the years. There is detailed info from the Texas era that comes with the car. The model is the same as in the fantastic series Magnum P.I. Unfortunately, no mustache comes with the new owner, but must be grown on your own!

Equipped with 2.9-liter V8 of approx. 210hp/250nm coupled to manual 5-speed gearbox and rear wheel drive. Performance figures are approx. 7 seconds to 100 km/h and a top speed of approx. 240km/h. Quite adequate performance, especially when the engine noise is something in a class of its own!

The general condition of the bodywork is described as very good. No modifications have been made. There are no dents, worse scratches or door hinges. The car is also stainless. The paintwork is described as being in very good condition, but there are scratches on the glass on the right position light on the screen. Glass panes are in good condition with no damage. Details on the bodywork are in very good condition. The rims are free of damage and come with a tire pattern of approx. 5-6mm.

The interior is in good used condition and free of damage. The chairs are in very good condition with no usual damage or cracks in the leather. Step moldings and door panels are free of wear. Instrument panel is without damage. Buttons and controls in good working order. Interior roof in good condition and hardtop as well. Everything works in the cabin but the A/C lacks coolant.

The condition of the engine is described as very good. No modifications or optimizations are performed. Gearbox and drivetrain are described as being in very good condition. Brakes as well. All mechanics work as they should.

Car test and fitness test carried out in 2022 with blank paper. New timing belt was installed just under 2000km ago. The work was carried out by Red Top Racing in Kungälv. There are receipts and documentation from the USA (1982-2015) and from the time in Sweden.
