1986 BMW 635CSi

A rarely seen chance on the market; Domestically sold Platanen-grün E24 BMW 635CSi from 1986 with just under 38,200km on the odometer and in absolutely exquisite condition! In addition to the well maintained condition, no money was spared when the order was sent to BMW as the car is very well equipped. The mileage can be guaranteed by the owner and the car has had three users over the years, including the current owner. The car has also had the honour of appearing in Klassiker no. 3, 2022, under the heading "Super duper coupé".

Equipped with BMW's 3.4-liter straight six, engine code B30B34, of approx. 204hp connected to a 5-speed manual gearbox and rear-wheel drive.

With its elegant combination of Platanen grün and tan leather interior and its excellent condition, the car is of a rarely seen kind. The general condition of the body is described by the current owner as excellent, which we can only agree with. The car is a pristine original car without any modifications. There are no dents, worse scratches or door knocks. The car is of course also stainless. The current owner assesses the condition of the paintwork as excellent, with a note of occasional and minimal paint loss and some superficial scratches. There are a few small stone chips, but nothing that stands out or detracts from the beauty. The glass is also described as excellent with only a few spots on the windshield. Chrome, moldings, emblems and lamp lenses are described as being in excellent condition. The original cross-lock type rims from BBS are undamaged and the condition of the tires fitted is described as being in good condition.

The general condition of the interior is also described as excellent! The chairs and their materials are undamaged. Door panels and step strips are free from the usual wear and tear from stepping in and out. The instrument panel is in good condition and free of damage. Buttons, steering wheel and controls as well. The inner roof is in excellent condition with no damage and sits where it should. The cabin fan only has two modes, off and on instead of being stepless. On a positive note, the fan does not have the typical "chirp" that usually appears.

The condition of the engine is described as unremarkable and in excellent condition. The engine has never been modified or optimized. Gearbox and drivetrain are without remarks. Brakes are described as being in very good condition. Brake hoses were changed late autumn 2023. All mechanics work as intended.

Inspection II was carried out in the spring of 2023 by BMW specialist Per Larsson at Bil & Motorteknik in Huddinge. Since 2021, Per Larsson has carried out all service and measures on the car. The service book is filled out according to the manufacturer's intervals. The car comes, in principle, with a complete service history. Very unusual as most cars that have been driven for considerably longer distances usually end up being serviced by authorized workshops. The last inspection was carried out in 2023 and all inspection reports, except for two from the early 2000s, are available.
