1960 Austin Healey 3000 MK1
The Austin Healey 3000 is one of the most classic English sports cars ever produced. The model was built between 1959 and 1967 in three different generations. This is of the first generation also called Mark 1 which was manufactured from 1959 to 1960. The Austin Healey is also known as the big Healey and the body was manufactured by Jensen Motors and assembled at BMC's MG factory in Abington.
The majority of the cars went straight to the US and were immensely popular in racing.
This car was imported from the USA in 2011 and has had 2 registered owners in Sweden. During its time in the USA, the car has had 3 users and during the 90s the car underwent a complete renovation. High class on the renovation and the car has been extensively renovated in the current owner's possession. The 2.9L engine is number matching with the chassis and a BMIHT certificate is included.
