Basic information and history

Original and untouched Swedish classic. 1962 Volvo Amazon with an incredibly low 4180km on the odometer! Meter setting is traceable via inspection protocol. The car has had 6 users over the years. The first owner is noted in the original instruction book. The car is in excellent, fine condition for its age and the only thing that has changed is the period-correct additional lights in the front.

Condition

The general condition of the bodywork is described as excellent, with nothing worth mentioning. The paint is nice with a good shine. Glass panes and lamp glass without any remarks. Chrome and moldings as well. The rims are free of damage and with very good tread depth. The extra lights mounted in the front do not work.

The red interior is in as fine condition as the exterior. Chairs and seats are free of damage and wear. Instrument panel is without damage. Inner ceiling in excellent condition. Buttons, steering wheel and controls in good condition. At the bottom of the luggage compartment there is surface rust, as it looks like there has been water in the corner. The radio does not start.

Engine is described as being in excellent condition. Brakes likewise and without remark on the last inspection which was carried out in 2022. The owner informs that the heating package needs a gasket change, as it can leak glycol if the heating is switched off.
