A very fine Swedish-sold Suzuki GSX 1100 E in original condition, which has been sitting in a garage for many years but is now ready to be enjoyed to the fullest!

Condition

In completely original condition, with no modifications, scratches, or dents according to the seller. Rust-free. The original paint is in good condition, though the carburetors have been partially repainted due to ultrasonic cleaning. No damage to the rims. Metzeler tires all around in good condition. A couple of minor chrome flakes on some parts of the exhaust pipes as noted by the seller. The left chrome cover on the exhaust pipe is missing. The engine is in top condition. The transmission and drivetrain function as they should. The brakes work flawlessly.

Service History

The motorcycle was off the road for about 17 years in a garage. Some service was carried out in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. The current owner changed the oil and filter themselves in 2023.

2020: Valves adjusted. Carburetors cleaned with new gaskets and jets. Carburetor rebuild kit CAB-S1. Oil and filter changed. Air filter replaced. Spark plugs replaced. Rear sprocket changed from 42T to 40T. Chain shortened by two links. Chain lock installed.

2021: Replaced 2 ignition coils upgraded with ignition cables. Replaced 4 ignition caps. New used exhaust system installed (right/left side). New drive package 630 15T and 40T. Note: Original 42T rear sprocket. Added a front tire tube. Installed a charging adapter for Ctek charger under the seat. Rebuilt the rear brake cylinder and changed brake fluid to DOT 4.

2022: Carburetors ultrasonic cleaned and partially repainted black. Oil and filter change with Motul 10W-40 semi-synthetic.

2023: Replaced with a completely new fuel tap. Oil and filter change with Motul 10W-40 semi-synthetic.

A motorcycle for collectors, enthusiasts, or anyone who loves an original retro bike. The Suzuki GSX 1100 from the 1980s cannot be described fully with words – it must be experienced. Only then will you feel the vibes of the 1980s with this fantastic classic superbike. One of the fastest bikes of the early 80s.
