Trasco 1000, a well known name that radiates both luxury and quality. Tailor-made coach built vehicles that were aimed at the most affluent at the time and still today offer a tremendous amount of luxury and a really lovely modern classic feeling! The models were offered in different versions in terms of length, powertrain and equipment and this can be considered one of the very best and most useful versions.
The car began its life as a 560 SEL model of the last model year that was built for a customer in Japan before it ended up in Germany and finally in Sweden in 2018. Here, the same owner has looked after the car very well and given the it an extensive overhaul. A fantastic and low mileage example of a model that truly doesn't grow on trees!

Condition
Exterior:
The seller says that the car has been well cared for and recently received a professional polish and vinyl roof treatment by renowned Aston Hill. Rustfree body and with very few remarks on paint. The car presents itself incredibly well apart from a couple of minor marks in the paint and vinyl roof. Interior: The interior was recently reupholstered in a very sober 2-tone leather along with a veneer refurbishment by a company in England. The floor carpet is in top condition and the extra wool carpets give a fantastic and luxurious feeling. Remainders of the interior are also in very good condition and the seller tell us that all buttons/functions have been reviewed and tested. We note that there are minor marks on the Trasco Bremen door sills, one of the electric drinks tables clicks a little when raised/down and the electric side curtains are perhaps not as fast as when the car was new, but otherwise work well at the time of the photo shoot. Mechanics: The car runs fantastically well in both engine and drivetrain and has recently received a major service and review by Aston Hill on Lidingö (see detailed receipts under documentation). The car has only driven 115000 km, which shows considering how well it drives, and everyone who knows these models knows that these machines are among the best Mercedes has ever built. Recently inspected with no remarks November 2022.
Summary
A sought after and very rare model from well known Trasco Bremen. Despite over 30 years behind it, it offers fantastic road characteristics, comfort and, together with the upgraded media system, can be easily used for daily use for many years to come. Suits just as well in front of the Casino de Monte-Carlo as on the German autobahn!
