Basic Information & Background
This is a Land Rover Discovery II, 2003, 7-seater in both the coveted color combination in Epsom Green Metallic beige leather and unusually low miles.

2003 was the penultimate model year of the Disco II, which has been a bit of a success for Land Rover and a major update to the Discovery I, which can still be considered relatively spartan in today´s standard.

The power comes from Rover's classic V8, 4.0 Liter, Petrol 136kw (185 hp) via an automatic transmission with low gear and traction control.

The car has only had 3 users, of which the first owner has cherished it for 15 years, and the car mostly underwent local trips in the countryside. Hence the low mileage.

The current owner is an enthusiast who has barely put any miles on it and has given the car extensive care to achieve the current condition.

Towards the end of its life, the Discovery II was marketed against premium segments of what we today call SUVs, thus having most creature comforts available at the time.

Newly renovated Beige leather upholstery with dark seams at Colorglo in Täby, Stockholm, the door sides are upholstered in alcantara and go in the same color scheme as the rest of the car's interior

The car sit on newly renovated 18 ”original rims that show no damage. The tires are M / S of an older model with about 50% wear

Exteriorly, the car is considered to be in very good condition
Newly painted roof and front spoiler in original color.
Generally fine condition underneath. Treated with rust protection in nov 2021.

There is no serious rust but only surface rust on minor details such as hinges on the tailgate and arms for windscreen wipers.
In the interior, the roof ceiling has loosened slightly and the seller refers to the image material.

The body is presented in good condition without any major scratches or dents, the odd stone chip may be visible.

Summary
This is truly a real classic that with its low mileage, fine condition, and the right color combination, attracts the eye. Although the design is classic, there are enough creature comforts to use as a daily vehicle if you want. Fine examples like this Discovery II have seen a big rise in interest in recent years because of their classic image but at the same time intended purpose as a daily driver.

Since these are often utility vehicles, it is unusual to find an example in this condition with such low miles. A very nice car.
