Basic information and History

Over the years, the Thunderbird has been one of Ford's more luxurious models, and this 10th generation was distinguished by being the only American car to offer individual suspension and rear-wheel drive in addition to the Corvette.

This example was sold new in the USA in 1991 to a Swede who imported it to Sweden already in 1992 when the car was almost new. It has had 7 previous owners where the seller bought it in 2019. The car was stored in a garage for 8 years and was used relatively little. The model is still an affordable model today and thanks to the low miles it is in a mechanically fine condition and is perfect as a fun daily driver or as a summer car!

Condition

Exterior: The seller says the car is in good used condition but with some paint marks, including a couple of scratches, stone chips and general bumper wear from use. The seller says that the car is stainless on the body, glass parts are in OK condition with some minor stone chips and that the moldings and emblems are in good condition. Interior: The interior is in very good used condition without major wear, the seats are very nice and whole without tears and the dashboard and panel are in good condition. Mechanics: The seller says that the car runs fantastically well in both engine and gearbox. The recognized 3.8L six runs smoothly and nicely and the automatic gearbox shifts exactly as it should. There are no noted leaks and no known mechanical faults. The original rims are in good condition and have new tires with approx. 8mm tread depth. Last service was carried out in 2022. Järva tires and engine and the car was last inspected in the summer of 2022. All brakes are in good condition. The read mileage is 89540km and is guaranteed by the seller.
