1983 Ducati 900 Mike Hailwood Replica
Basic information and history
Bidders Highway has been honoured to help sell a large collection of motorcycles, motocross and mopeds as the owner is unfortunately no longer able to drive them. Due to condition of the owner, no questions can be asked about the objects. The information we managed to arrange is therefore slightly less than on our other objects.
1983 Ducati 900 Mike Hailwood Replica which has only driven 17918km since new. The motorcycle has been in the same family since it was more or less new and was sold to the current owner of Jardensberg on Jägershillsgatan in Malmö. When purchased, the Ducati had only traveled 1000 km and been driven by MC Huset themselves. Every refuelling done is documented and the motorcycle has been very well looked after.

Condition
This copy is very sparingly used and the condition is very good. The red paint has retained its luster and the original sticker from MC Huset is still on the tank. There are some small fillings in the paint in places. The saddle is in very good condition without any damage or other remarks. Handlebar and buttons in good condition. The plastic window has cracked, but a new, unused one is included with the motorcycle. There is also a tank and a saddle, but these parts are not included but purchase can be discussed on site. The cover has two small marks in the fiberglass on the inside, just below the windshield. There is also a small damage in the lower part, right at the kick. Headlight and indicator glass in very good condition. The rims are undamaged and the paintwork is in good condition. The Metzler tires have plenty of tread left.
Service history
This Mike Hailwood Replica has been well taken care of over the years and not been driven very far. What we know about the service history is that it has been valve adjusted once, and regularly serviced after use. A good amount of documentation is also included with the motorcycle, including notes on every refuelling occasion! As the motorcycle has been tucked away in a collection for many years, a service and review is preferable before it is started again.
Please look through all photos carefully to form an idea of the condition. Unfortunately, questions cannot be asked about the objects as the owner is not able to answer.
Summary
An unusual collector's bike whose price in Europe in recent years has passed the SEK 300,000 mark. This Swedish-sold example has been in the same family since 1983 and is now looking for a new enthusiastic collector!
