1959 Chevrolet Corvette 1959
We are proud to present this amazing item and one of the most beautiful cars to come out of the USA - a 1959 Corvette in absolutely stunning fully restored condition! This is a C1 model with the second facelift that received a design update with the popular design language of the time with 4 lights and lots of chrome. The 59 model also received a minor interior update with different gauges and the classic "T-handle" shifter for the optional 4-speed manual gearbox. The engine is a 4.6L small block V8 with 230hp and provides nice speed resources and a really nice sound.
The car was imported from Arizona in 2013 where it had just before undergone a complete restoration which can only be described as a very professionally done job. The current owner bought it the same year and only drove 800 miles with it, so it is in exactly the same condition today as after the renovation. The car is painted in the unusual and popular color Frost Blue Metallic paired with white sides and white roof and gives a fantastic contemporary impression!
Condition
Exterior: As the pictures show, the car is in absolute top condition with no complaints. A very well done paint job in the car's unusual original color (Frost Blue Metallic) and well taken care of over the years. In 2019, the car received a full re-recond/polishing of paint and the car has an absolutely incredible shine! Please see our detailed pictures for more info!
Interior. The interior has been refurbished to 100% original spec with new black vinyl, new floor mats etc and is also in top condition with no complaints. Everything is functional and there is a more modern "retro" radio unit in the car.
Mechanically: The car is in top mechanical condition in both engine and drivetrain, the engine is original spec with an upgraded intake, carburettor and aluminum radiator. There are no remarks or known errors.
Service history
After renovation, the car has been well maintained and at the last service, all fluids including engine, gearbox, coolant, rear axle and brake fluid were changed. Mileage cannot be confirmed.
