Basic information and history

Domestically sold BMW 320i Touring from 2003 that the current owner has had since 2004. The first year the car was owned by BMW themselves. The car has only driven 69,698km since new and is very well equipped for being an E46 320i. The car comes in good used condition and with a good amount of documentation, including service records, receipts, inspection reports and more. The service book is also fully stamped.

Condition

The general condition of the body is described by the owner as good. Lighter use wear is present all around, but no worse scratches, dents or door knocks. The body is also described as stainless. The general condition of the paintwork is described as being without significant remarks, however, minor scratches and occasional paint chips, but fine for the age. On the left edge of the front, towards the wheel, there are scratch marks. There are various scratches around the handle. Washer nozzle is missing at the front. Glass panes are described as being in perfectly OK condition with some stone chips. Various small marks can be found on moldings and paint chips on a door molding. The rims have various edge scratches. The tires fitted are older and it also includes older winter tires. The paint would do well with a proper recond and has good potential to be nice!

The interior is described as being in very good condition. The chairs are without tears or other damage, and can also be very nice with a recond and major cleaning. Door sides are in good condition with no wear. Wooden details in good condition. Steering wheel, buttons and controls in good condition. Inner ceiling in very good condition. The owner informs that the remote control for the central locking does not work, but that it could possibly be the battery that needs to be replaced.

Engine is described as being in good condition. Gearbox and drivetrain as well. Rear brakes got new discs in 2023. Mechanically, everything works as it should.

As previously mentioned, the service book is fully stamped. Previous documentation is available. Last inspection took place on 2023-09-01.

Summary

A low mileage BMW 320i Touring with only one owner since new! Well equipped with a nice spec which hints that it may have been a demo car for BMW. Perfectly usable and a car that deserves to be preserved!
