Condition
The car has been renovated over the course of 6 years and everything has been inspected. The condition today is very satisfactory with only minor traces of use, including some minor marks in the paintwork, some repaired stone chips and the plastic windows being slightly foggy. However, the windows can be polished up to be nice again! The chrome all around is in good condition but the frame on the window has a small bump. Headlight glass in good condition but rear light has minor crack.
The interior is in good condition with very little wear. Steering wheel, buttons and controls in good condition. The inner ceiling is very nice. All functions in the passenger compartment work as they should.
Engine is in very good condition and can be described as new as it has been completely refurbished by the very knowledgeable Trendab and has not been driven much since then. Everything inside the engine has been replaced. There are two small drops of oil from when the car was standing, however not surprising as it is an Alfa Romeo after all! The machine has been benched to an impressive 225hp at 7200rpm. Brakes, gearbox and drivetrain are also in new condition.
Service history
The car has just been serviced and is completely ready to be taken out on the roads and enjoyed to its fullest. The last inspection took place on 23/04/2018 and the car is now inspection exempt.
Summary
An absolutely fantastic Alfa Romeo GT 1300 Junior that has been completely renovated into something spectacular! Perfect as a cool summer car or a very potent trackday car for eg historic racing or other types of events and classes.
