Basic information and History

The Zimmer Goldern Spririt was the flagship of the manufacturer at Zimmer Motorcars and is described as a neo-classical design with a great flair of luxury. The model is based on the Ford Mustang "Fox body" and has the same powertrain, which includes an HO 5.0L V8 with 203hp and a 3-speed automatic transmission with overdrive.

The car was already imported in 1989 as moving goods by a car dealer's son in Gislaved and has been in Sweden since then and driven very sparingly. It has only had 3 previous users and is still in top condition.

Condition

Exterior: The seller says that the car is in very good condition on the outside with no complaints. According to information, the car has not undergone any renovation and only service and maintenance, and the paintwork is in good condition and the bodywork is completely rust-free. Glass parts are in good condition and there are no remarks on chrome, moldings or emblems. The rims are also in good condition with no complaints. Interior: The delicious saddle brown interior upholstery is apparently in very good condition with very little wear after use. The color combination with the brown leather and wood veneer against the black lacquer is very stylish and you drive like a king in the car. Instrument panel and the rest of the interior are in equally fine original condition. There are no remarks on gauges and other functions inside. Mechanics: The engine and transmission are in good condition and the car runs amazingly well on the road and starts every time as if the car were new. Brakes and chassis are otherwise in equally fine condition with no remarks. Last service was 2022/05 by Klinta Bil & Maskin and is newly inspected in 2023/04 with no comments. The AC system is fully functional and the tires have approx. 10mm tread depth. Summary

In terms of design, one of the most special "coach builds" produced in an unusual and amazingly fine condition! These models are becoming highly sought after on the market, especially the fine examples, and are predicted to have a positive value development in the future. A car that does just as well in a museum as it does on the road and is guaranteed to bring a lot of joy to future owners!
