Basic information and History
Domestically sold Volvo Amazon from 1968 that appears in the film Ett sista race with, among others, David Hellenius and Malin Åkerman. Painted and prepared around 2010. The car has been rebuilt and registered with a B21ET turbo engine.

Well built with, at installation, newly rebuilt B21ET block with rebuilt oil return, reinforced gaskets, T3 turbo with wastegate, pressurized Dellorto 40 carburettors, fuel pressure regulator, thicker fuel lines, intercooler, worse clutch and pressure plate, multi-plate diff rear axle, yellow Bilstein, refurbished front carriage, race tank, broadband lambda and various gauges for information. The car is registered and approved with the above mentioned parts.
Condition
The Amazon comes in good used condition with a little scarring from the years gone by. The car was prepared in 2010 according to information. The cream coloured paint is considered to be in OK condition with various marks, cracks, stains and scratches. The chrome has surface wear from the past years. The rims have plenty of wear from filming and playing.
The interior of the car is in OK working condition. Additional instrumentation air/soup mixture, temp and volt gauges are installed in the panel. The red interior has seen better days and comes with plenty of patina. Interior roof is dirty but complete and sits where it should.
Under the hood lurks a threatened stove described in the text above. Orderly and neat with light age wear on surfaces.

Hej sitter det en M40 låda i bilen ?. Funkar värme och fläkt ?. Några saker som måste fixas ?. Någon effektuppskattning ?. Mvh Micke
En original m40 satt det i den när den såldes iaf
jag hittar följande: Besiktigad Kontrollbesiktning vid 4 591 mil. Resultat: Icke godkänd Ombesiktning senast 2022-05-25 Är bilen verkligen godkänd i besiktningen?
@Pejl Hej! Bilen är besiktigad och godkänd i nuvarande utförande. Bilen har dispens T31 inskrivet i registeringsbeviset. Bilar med motordispens T31 äldre än 1975 har inga effektkrav. Denna typ av dispens finns inte kvar sedan 87 och är ovanlig. Bilen är besiktningsbefriad då den är över 50 år och sista besiktningen i nuvarande utförande är alltså godkänd och OK att åka med.
@Simmaren Vi har hört med ägaren som inte har möjlighet att svara just nu. Det är en M400-låda, dvs förstärkt m40 med förstärkt tryckplatta och ny sinterlamell. Bilen har även fått ny huvudbromscylinder samt kopplingscylinder. Ny framruta monterades fäven örra året.
Är det riktigt säkert att det är bytt låda från m40 till m400? Då måste det sitta en sprängkåpa från en Volvo p1800!? Eftersom motorn är rakställd! Är detta växellådsbyte gjort i av er eller av tidigare ägare?
@Itte_grunk Information om M400-lådan kommer från nuvarande ägare som en filmstudio. Bilen är ej ombyggd av dem.
