Now is your chance to buy one of the most sought after Land Cruiser models ever - the Toyota Land Cruiser BJ42. Only 2811 cars of this last model year (1984) were built in Japan. Built for the European market and sold new in Denmark. This car is a standard BJ42LV with a 3.4L 3B diesel engine and factory ordered with a rare and desirable H55F five speed manual transmission and transfer case with high and low gears. It is also equipped with the coveted front disc brakes and power steering. For the colder climates, Toyota equipped the cars with a heating package that includes a defroster for the front and side windows and heating in the rear. The car is renovated and painted in the original color 857 Medium Blue with a white roof. The car has for the past decade acted as a display car at a large Toyota dealer in Europe.

Condition

Exterior: The exterior of the car is in a very good restored condition and has a nice paint (857 Medium Blue) without major complaints. Completely original bodywork. The car has been used very sparingly since completion and the condition is accordingly. There is some surface rust underneath, but nothing out of the ordinary for the model year.

Interior. The car has a nice interior with brown upholstery at the front and plastic interior at the back. Here, too, everything is original and in good condition.

Mechanically: Engine and box work flawlessly and the car runs fantastically well! Recently inspected and serviced by Toyota Wess Motors in Riga and there are no known mechanical faults.

Service history

Service book/info is not available for the car but has been well maintained by the owner over the years. Newly serviced and newly inspected 06/2022 with no comments. Tax exempt and registered as a light truck.
