Basic information and History
The Suzuki RV 125, also known as the Suzuki VanVan, is a motorcycle manufactured by the Japanese motorcycle manufacturer Suzuki. Known for its distinctive retro design, it is popular for its versatility and reliability. The model was never sold for the Swedish market which makes this motorcycle very rare!
Production began as early as 1972 and continued until 2017.

The design is retro with a functional design that goes back to classic motorcycles from the 70s. It has a simple and clean look with a round headlight, a narrow fuel tank and wide balloon-style tires.

The engine is an air-cooled, single-cylinder, four-stroke engine with a displacement of approximately 125cc. Designed for fuel efficiency and reliability, this engine features direct injection making it suitable for urban and light off-road driving.

Manual gearbox with 6 gears as this is one of the later models, earlier models only had 5 gears.

This copy was sold new in France where they are extremely popular. Previous owner took it as moving goods to Spain (Marbella) where current owner bought it.

Very sparingly used, read odometer reading is 6,399 km.

Recently imported and registration inspected/inspected here at home. The next inspection is in 2025.

Equipment and Options

Completely standard equipment except that the left rear view mirror has been replaced with one that is not original. The original is still there, but the glass is broken after it was taken home.


Condition
The bike is in good used condition, there are minor marks that can be seen under the image material. Minor paint chipping/blasting on the frame behind the rear tire after driving.

There are no leaks and the engine and gearbox run super well. Always starts directly via the electric starter.
